No referral is needed. You can call and schedule directly.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRI) if available. Arrive 10 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We recommend calling ahead or scheduling online to ensure availability, but we do our best to accommodate same-day appointments when possible.

Where do I park?

Free parking is available at 3 Monroe Pkwy, Suite 300G, Lake Oswego. The clinic is easily accessible from Highway 43 and I-5.
