At Form & Function Chiropractic, your first visit with Dr. Jeff Devine, DC is focused on understanding your health history and current condition. None of the initial examination tests involve discomfort. Dr. Devine will explain everything in detail and answer all your questions.
After your examination, Dr. Devine will discuss his findings and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan for your specific needs and goals.

We work with many insurance providers to make chiropractic care in Lake Oswego accessible and affordable. Please contact our office to verify your specific coverage and benefits.
